liam mccarthy
Liam grew up in Ireland, but has called the Upper Valley home for over twenty years. He moved to the U.S. after college, had the good fortune to be introduced to this wonderful area, and never left. For Liam, his wife Susan Simon, and their son Zachary, the Upper Valley is home.
As the youngest child in his family, Liam spent a lot of time with his grandparents, and that gave him a lasting appreciation for the company and conversation of older adults. He is also no stranger to transition, having worked in residential real estate for 15 years. A large part of his job has been welcoming people to the area, and helping them get settled. From his experience, Liam knows no two moves are the same and the key to a pleasant experience is to tailor each move to individual needs. Understanding this, and being sensitive to each family’s situation, are important to Liam.
Liam brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail to every move, and he looks forward to hearing from you with your questions. When not helping families find their new homes, Liam enjoys travelling, hiking, rugby.
